Earlier this year Funko released Addams Family Pop! figures based on the characters from the classic television series, but it looks like we’ll be getting a second dose of Addams Family figures thanks to the upcoming Addams Family animated feature film.
Earlier today Entertainment Earth tweeted an image of an all-new Addams Family series based on the upcoming film. The tweet has since been removed and nothing has been unveiled from Funko directly, but the new Pop! figures appeared briefly on the Entertainment Earth website following the tweet. The new series will feature all of your favorite Addams Family members including Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fester, and Lurch.
Since the tweet and product listings from Entertainment Earth have since been removed, it’s unclear when these new figures will be released, but fans of The Addams Family at least have something to look forward to.
UPDATE: Following this story Halloween Lovers Club reached out to me on Instagram and let me know some additional details they received from Entertainment Earth about the removed listings. As I suspected, someone pulled the trigger a bit early on the figures. The figures are expected to be released later this year. However, Entertainment Earth did say in their message that customer service may still be able to put in pre-orders for the figures since they appeared on the site by calling (818) 255-0095 or by emailing hello@entertainmentearth.com.
