Goodwill has teamed up with the upcoming The Addams Family movie in an effort to encourage Halloween shoppers to build unique Halloween creations with items purchased at Goodwill.Participating Goodwill organizations, which operate the stores and donation centers in their regions, are partnering with the first family of Halloween to create co-branded marketing materials and work locally with studio publicity teams on promotional events to encourage people to shop at Goodwill stores and see The Addams Family movie. Additionally, Goodwill has launched a special Addams Family themed Halloween page at to help visitors with Halloween costume and décor inspirations.The site features DIY videos offering inspiration for creating Halloween decor and costumes, many of which are inspired by The Addams Family and all using items commonly found in Goodwill stores.
