Creep It Real OC has detailed its plans for 2023. Orange County’s biggest Halloween event returns with a creepy camp theme at the haunted and historic Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana, CA, this September. And while the event will have its usual shopping, live entertainment, food, and drink, one of this year’s highlights is the event’s 30th-anniversary celebration of the film “Hocus Pocus.”Those in attendance will have the opportunity to explore a “Hocus Pocus Museum,” a curated exhibit showing off actual props, costumes, and creative treatments (some of which have never been seen before) from both original feature films.The event will also have some of the stars of the 1993 classic “Hocus Pocus” on hand to meet with fans, including Vinessa Shaw (Allison), Omri Katz (Max), and Jason Marsden (voice of Binx Cat).This year’s creepy camp theme promises spooky fun under the sun and will pay homage to horrific camp activities and terrorizing outdoor summer sleepovers. This year’s event will feature original characters, the creepy Camp Director, and Cook. The event’s Camp Director will offer some wreck-reation activities while Cook prepares his latest gore-met meal.
