Vercors Games has teased Tuned In, an original first-person horror game centered around a cursed television. The project marks the debut title from the new boutique studio, which boasts a core team drawn from the senior staff of Tequila Works (RiME, GYLT), alongside veteran talent from Airship Syndicate and Blizzard.
In Tuned In, a haunted TV set holds its viewers captive. To break free, players must survive a sinister lineup of puzzles, terror, and impossible choices. Along the way, they will encounter or embody other survivors through a branching narrative where mastering the vintage television’s controls determines who escapes. All the while, reality and television signals bleed into one another.
This initial tease arrives ahead of the game’s upcoming Kickstarter launch, where further details are expected to be unveiled. Vercors Games promises an engaging, ever-shifting anthology of nightmares. Each story draws from a different horror sub-genre to establish its own distinct identity—ranging from the gritty, heavy-ink shadows of a slasher to the muted, grainy textures of atmospheric folk horror. The entire experience is brought to life through a striking, visceral graphic novel aesthetic.
Horror fans who sign up for the crowdfunding campaign will receive exclusive access to a free prologue of the game, which is slated to drop very shortly.
Tuned In is scheduled to launch on PC via Steam and Steam Deck in 2027.
