Funko has unveiled two new Pop! figures and two new Pop! VHS covers featuring Frankenstein’s Monster and The Wolf Man. The new series of Universal Monsters Pop! figures is set to drop in November.
Frankenstein
While marked with the “Frankenstein 95” logo, celebrating the 95th anniversary of “Frankenstein,” this all-new Funko Pop! of the monster appears to actually be inspired by the 1939 film “Son of Frankenstein.” Appearing in a black-and-white motif, the figure depicts the monster in a wool vest, holding Inspector Krogh’s prosthetic arm. The figure is slated for release on Nov. 1.
Funko Pop! VHS Cover: Frankenstein
While it’s called a Pop! VHS Cover, I don’t believe there was ever a VHS tape with artwork to inspire this piece; instead, it looks to be an original creation from Funko and Universal. The nearly 11-inch-tall figure features a backdrop with a burning windmill and the “Frankenstein” logo, and features a colorized Frankenstein’s Monster standing in front of it. The Frankenstein Pop! VHS cover is also slated to arrive on Nov. 1.
The Wolf Man
This all-new Funko Pop! figure of The Wolf Man features the character in a greyscale motif (though it does seem to have a blue hue to the coveralls) and depicts him with his leg snared in a bear trap, inspired by the classic scene from the 1941 film. The figure is due to be released on Nov. 22.

Like the Frankenstein release, this Funko Pop! VHS cover takes some creative liberties, offering an ’80s or early-’90s aesthetic to the backdrop, with The Wolf Man in a color scheme similar to that of the standalone figure standing in front of it. The Wolf Man Pop! VHS Cover is scheduled to release on Nov. 22.
