While pumpkin spice dominates fall coffee lineups every August, Philz Coffee is carving a different path. The chain announced its 2026 fall lineup on Aug. 18, swapping out the traditional PSL for two new cold brews inspired by classic autumn desserts: Apple Cinnamon Roll and Pecan Pie.
The Apple Cinnamon Roll cold brew is swirled with caramel apple butter, Ghirardelli Vanilla Sauce, and cinnamon for a warm, bright, and balanced beverage.
The Pecan Pie cold brew is layered with buttery pecan toffee, cinnamon, and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt for a rich, sweet, and savory sip inspired by a favorite fall dessert.
Philz is also launching regional pastry pairings across select markets, including an Apple Cinnamon Danish and Pumpkin Bread in Southern California, a Pecan Pie Kouign Amann and Cinnamon Maple Morning Bun in Northern California, and a Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie and Pumpkin Bread in Chicago.
“Every fall, it feels like pumpkin spice shows up just about everywhere,” says Andy Mai, Chief Business Officer. “Here at Philz Coffee, we’ve always done things a little differently. This year, we looked to classic and beloved fall flavors. They’re familiar and nostalgic, yet not something our customers can get everywhere else.”
The limited-time menu is available at participating Philz Coffee locations while supplies last.
