Build-A-Bear Workshop announced its 2026 Sanrio Halloween collection on Friday, featuring the Western plush debut of mischievous duo Berry and Cherry—better known as Lloromannic.
The seasonal release marks the first time a retailer has offered full-size plush versions of the Lloromannic characters in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, and Canada.
Created in 2007 as dark counterparts to Cinnamoroll—the name “Lloromannic” is “Cinnamoroll” spelled backward—Berry and Cherry live in a world behind a magical mirror. Known for their ram horns, gothic aesthetics, and playful rivalry with Cinnamoroll, the pair has long had a cult following among Sanrio collectors seeking a darker edge.

The 2026 Halloween lineup features four key plush releases:
Berry
Making his first-ever plush debut, Berry is one-half of the mischievous Lloromannic pair. Known for his ram horns, bold personality, and playful rivalry with Cinnamoroll, Berry has become a fan favorite among collectors who love Sanrio’s edgier characters.
Cherry
Berry’s partner in mischief, Cherry is making her plush debut alongside her sibling, Berry. Competitive, confident, and always ready to stir up a little harmless trouble, Cherry is beloved for her distinctive pink look and larger-than-life personality.
Spooky Webs Cinnamoroll
A seasonal take on the beloved floppy-eared puppy, spiderweb Cinnamoroll features Halloween-inspired details that blend sweet charm with spooky-season fun.
Starry Sky Hello Kitty
Bringing a softer, whimsical side to the collection, Starry Sky Hello Kitty shines with celestial-inspired details that balance the collection’s playful mischief with dreamy charm.
The Sanrio Halloween collection is available online and at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations while supplies last. Shoppers can customize their plushies with seasonal outfits, scents, sounds, and accessories.
