Angry Orchard is turning back the clock with Angry Orchard Video, an immersive pop-up experience celebrating the upcoming 30th anniversary of “Scream” and the launch of the brand’s new Thriller Variety Pack.
Running Oct. 2–3, the two-day event transforms a Manhattan space into a ‘90s-inspired video store. Guests 21 and older will receive a customized membership card with their photo to unlock cider tastings, photo ops, and exclusive merch. The activation also highlights “Mystery Caller,” a new Ghost Face-inspired hard cider featured in the seasonal variety pack.
Original “Scream” star Skeet Ulrich, who portrayed killer Billy Loomis in the 1996 classic, will make a special appearance at the venue.
“Part of the magic of Scream was the time it came from, when going to the video store was part of the experience,” said Ulrich. “It’s been incredible to see how different generations continue to connect with the franchise, and Angry Orchard Video brings fans back to that era while giving them a chance to step into the world of ‘Scream’ in a completely new way.”
Reservations and additional event details are available via Eventbrite.
