With San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) just a few weeks out, toy makers and retailers have begun teasing some of the exclusive merchandise that will be available online and at the convention when it takes place this July. But among some of the more interesting items to be announced is an item from Entertainment Earth.

The toy and collectible retailer announced last week two new wooden push puppets, one of which is the ghost with the most Beetlejuice! The retro-styled toy was designed by Bif Bang Pow! and inspired by Tim Burton’s 1988 classic Beetlejuice.

Complete with green faux-fur hair, Beetlejuice is a 5-inch scale floppy puppet that collapses, moves, and stands up again when you push the hidden button on the bottom of the base. Designed in a vintage style reminiscent of traditional push puppets known as Wakouwa, he’s created from solid wood and features 360-degree artwork.

This unique item is limited to an edition size of 900 pieces and comes individually numbered with a holographic sticker. The item will be sold first at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 at the Entertainment Earth Booth #2343 and if supplies remain after the show they will be made available for online orders.

Those note attending SDCC that are interested in a chance at owning this unique item can pre-order the toy from the Entertainment Earth website and it will ship in August if inventory is still available.
