AMC’s ALLBLK Sets Premiere Date for Podcast-Centric Thriller ‘Long Time Listener’

AMC Networks’ ALLBLK has officially set an April 2, 2026 premiere date for the crime-thriller Long Time Listener. The film marks a significant milestone as the directorial debut of Danielle Nicolet (“The Flash”), who also stars in the film.

This noir-inspired thriller follows a true-crime podcaster whose rising fame takes a sinister turn when she becomes the obsession of a mysterious “long-time listener.” As she is pulled into a web of lethal secrets, the line between storyteller and victim blurs, forcing her to confront buried truths that suggest she may not be the one in control of her own narrative.

The project is the first installment of a four-film deal between ALLBLK and GreenApple Entertainment, a distributor known for prioritizing multicultural casts and female-led narratives.

Rounding out the ensemble cast are Meagan Holder (“Monarch”), Lyriq Bent (“She’s Gotta Have It”), Cleo Berry, and Lisha Wheeler, with a special cameo appearance by Torrei Hart (“Atlanta Exes”). The film is produced by Joe Narode (“Shamed”).
