Netflix has announced that a new ghostly animated comedy, “Haunted Hotel,” will debut exclusively on the streaming platform on September 19, 2025.
The adult animated series from “Rick and Morty” writer Matt Roller centers around a single mother of two who struggles to run the Undervale, a hotel that happens to be haunted. Luckily, she has some help from her estranged brother โฆ who is now one of the ghosts who haunt the hotel and thinks his fellow phantoms have some pretty good ideas.
“Haunted Hotel” will feature the voice talents of Will Forte (“The Lego Movie”), Eliza Coupe (“Future Man”), Skyler Gisondo (“Booksmart”), Natalie Palamides (“The Broadcast”), and Jimmi Simpson (“Dark Matter”).
Roller will serve as showrunner and also as executive producer alongside Chris McKenna (“Spider-Man: No Way Home”), Dan Harmon (“Rick and Morty”), and Steve Levy (“Rick and Morty”). Erica Hayes (“Rick and Morty”) will serve as supervising director.
