Department 56 Has Halloween Santa’s and I Don’t Hate ‘Em

Don’t get me wrong, I like Christmas. But it definitely comes second to Halloween in my world and aside from the occasional black Christmas tree I’m not a huge fan of the holidays colliding outside of Time Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. However, Department 56 has new Halloween Santa figures and for the first time in a while, I’m ok with these two holidays coming together.

The new figures are part of Department 56’s Possible Dreams Halloween collection and feature Clothtique details and the signature brass tag. Some of the figures also feature LED lights. Check out some of the highlights from the collection below:

Pumpkin Witch – $80

This hand-painted and assembled figure features Santa with his witch jack-o’-lantern. The figure stands approximately 10.5-inches tall and features LED lights to illuminate Santa’s witch pumpkin.

Boo! – $100

Look who’s ready to greet the trick-or-treaters with a bowl of goodies! This lighted piece features Mrs. Claus dressed as a witch handing out ghost cookies to two trick or treaters dressed as a ghost and a skeleton. The figure, which stands approximately 14-inches tall features LED lights as part of the garland decor around the door.

There are a few more pieces in the collection, but these were my favorites. The entire collection can be seen on the Department 56 website.
