Whether trekking through the remote jungles of Cambodia in search of a legendary ape-man or exploring the secrets of the world’s largest cave system right here in the United States, the “Expedition X” team is taking viewers to the stranger side of the unknown.

“Expedition X” will premiere on Discovery Channel on February 12, 2020.

Jessica Chobot was co-host of the weird and supernatural podcast “Bizarre States” from 2014-2019. The show sparked the spinoff web series “Bizarre States: Los Angeles” and “Bizarre States: California” where Chobot and her co-host Andrew Bowser visited locations like the Queen Mary and the Winchester Mystery House and even set out to find a Bigfoot in the High Sierras.

The podcast ended when Chobot left Nerdist, who produced the show, in late 2019. However, she is ramping up for the next iteration of the show titled “Spooky Shit” with her “Bizarre States” co-host Andrew Bowser.
