Everything Shared by Blumhouse During New York Comic-Con’s Blumfest

Blumhouse surprised fans at their BlumFest New York Comic-Con session this past Friday with some exciting news around its upcoming projects, including casting updates for “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2,” new footage from “The Black Phone 2,” and new details about the upcoming Blumhouse Games release, “Sleep Awake.”

During Blumfest, “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” Director Emma Tammi was joined by cast members Matthew Lillard and Elizabeth Lail to announce the voice cast of the Toy Animatronics appearing in the film, including Megan Fox (“Jennifer’s Body”), who will voice Toy Chica, MatPat (“Five Nights at Freddy’s”) who joins as Toy Bonnie, and fan favorite Kellen Goff, who voices several characters in the “Five Nights at Freddy’s” video games, who will voice Toy Freddy. Additionally, Tammi revealed a brand new poster for the film. “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2” premieres Friday, December 5, 2025, only in theaters.

The panel also featured a look at the Blumhouse Games psychedelic horror game “Sleep Awake” and a Q&A with creative director Robin Finck (“Nine Inch Nails”), including an exclusive first listen to the original game soundtrack. You can see and hear a bit for yourself below:


In their session, which was hosted by popular YouTube creators the Croes Bros, Blumhouse also presented all-new footage from “Black Phone 2,” which premieres this Friday, October 17, along with a Q&A with the cast including Ethan Hawke, Mason Thomas, Madeleine McGraw, Miguel Mora, Demiรกn Bichir and author Joe Hill; a special message from the set of the currently-filming “Insidious” sequel from star Lin Shaye; and a Q&A with Blumhouse Founder/CEO Jason Blum, plus giveaways of the new book Horror’s New Wave, looking back on 15 years of Blumhouse, and highly coveted props from the set of “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2.”
