Day three of Netflix’s Geeked Week, the weeklong celebration of all things genre on Netflix, kicked took place on Wednesday. During the event livestream, “Stranger Things” creators Ross and Matt Duffer gave fans an update on season 4 of the Netflix Original series by introducing fans to the character Vickie, who will be played by “Anne With an E” star Amybeth McNulty. During the live stream, Geeked Week hosts Rahul Kohli and Mari Takahashi also unveiled three additional cast members coming to the series, Myles Truitt, Regina Ting Chen, and Grace Van Dien.

During the livestream Kohli and Takahashi shared further details on each of the cast members’ new characters. McNulty’s Vickie will be a cool fast-talking band nerd who catches the eye of one of our beloved heroes.

Truitt will play the character Patrick, a Hawkins basketball star with friends, talent, and a good life until shocking events send his life spiraling out of control.

Chen will play Ms. Kelly, a popular guidance counselor who cares deeply for her students, especially those struggling the most.

Van Dien will play Chrissy, the lead cheerleader at Hawkins High and the most popular girl in school. But beneath the seemingly perfect surface lies a dark secret.

The four new cast members join other new series regulars announced late last year, including “A Nightmare On Elm Street’s” Robert Englund.
