HBO has announced the new half-hour comedy series from executive producers Fred Armisen and Lorne Michaels, “Los Espookys” will premiere on the cable network on Friday, June 14.
Starring Bernardo Velasco, Cassandra Ciangherotti, Ana Fabrega, Julio Torres and Fred Armisen, the Spanish-language series takes place in a bizarre version of modern-day Mexico City where the strange and eerie are just part of daily life. The show follows a group of friends who turn their love of horror into a peculiar business called “Los Espookys,” which leverages the bizarre city to provide horror to those who need it.
The six-episode first season of “Los Espookys will premiere at 11 PM on HBO on June 14, 2019.
