Ghost Face Vodka Slashing Into Total Wine Nationwide With New Blood Orange Sequel

Ghost Face Vodka is expanding its footprint with two major announcements: a nationwide retail rollout at Total Wine & More and the launch of its first flavored spirit, Ghost Face Vodka Blood Orange.

Co-founded by actor Matthew Lillard—who famously portrayed Stu Macher in the original Scream—in partnership with Fun World, the horror-centric spirit brand launched last February with a fast-selling box set. The brand is now bringing its momentum to retail shelves across the country.

“Ghost Face always comes back,” said Lillard, “and the best sequels always have a twist. We’re thrilled to work with Total Wine to bring the original flavor and blood orange to stores all across the country, and to introduce even more fans to a scary-good vodka worthy of the most iconic mask in horror.”

In addition to the retail launch, Macabre Spirits will release an exclusive Ghost Face Blood Orange Killer Collection box set online Sept. 29. While specific contents remain under wraps, high demand is expected. The brand’s original box set—which featured an autographed bottle, rocks glasses, and collectible pins—sold out in less than two hours.

“We were blown away by the response to the first box, but disappointed so many of our fans weren’t able to get their hands on one,” said Lillard. “If you weren’t able to score the original, we’re confident the sequel won’t disappoint.”

Distilled from 100% non-GMO potatoes, the base spirit is naturally gluten-free with a creamy mid-palate and smooth finish. The Blood Orange variant was crafted in Florida by infusing the vodka with pressed lemons, oranges, grapefruits, and blood oranges, then redistilling it through a hybrid still to remove residual sugar and color, leaving a crystal-clear citrus spirit that finishes incredibly clean and smooth.

Presale sign-ups for the Sept. 29 online release are currently open at ghostfacevodka.com. Lillard will also make select in-store appearances at Total Wine locations nationwide throughout September and October.
