For the first time in the franchise’s history, the 1997 slasher classic “I Know What You Did Last Summer” is being transformed into a live haunted house attraction. Titled “I Know What You Did Last Summer: Final Catch,” the immersive haunted house will debut at SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream events in San Diego, San Antonio, and Orlando.

The attraction drops visitors directly into the infamous Southport massacre, forcing them to navigate key locations from the film while fleeing a hook-wielding killer out for revenge.

“We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar on immersive entertainment,” said Marc Swanson, CEO of United Parks & Resorts. “This thrilling franchise has captivated horror fans for years. Now our guests will step into that world, facing some of the same heart-pounding moments that made the film come alive.”

“I Know What You Did Last Summer: The Final Catch” is the latest addition to SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream events, which kick off on Sept. 11 and run on select nights through Halloween. During the event, guests can experience elaborate haunted houses, immersive scare zones, sinister live entertainment, themed bars, and even ride the park’s roller coasters in the dark.

Tickets for Howl-O-Scream are on sale now, and SeaWorld Orlando and SeaWorld San Diego guests can take advantage of the limited-time Killer Summer Sale, with savings of up to 65% on Howl-O-Scream tickets and up to 70% for Pass Members. At SeaWorld San Antonio, Howl-O-Scream is included with park admission, and guests can save on tickets, Season Passes and Annual Passes with the Summer Sale.
