On Monday, Mezco Toyz kicked off its third and final day of Mezco Toyz Fair, its online alternative for unveiling this year’s lineup of toys in place of Toy Fair New York 2021, which was canceled due to COVID-19. For its first reveal of the day, Mezco unveiled it’s MDS Mega Scale IT (1990): Talking Pennywise.
The new figure is based on actor Tim Curry’s portrayal of the evil shapeshifting clown in the 1990 IT TV miniseries. The figure features the highly stylized oversized head that Mezco’s MDS figures are known for and appears to be clothed in a film-accurate clown outfit.
Details on when the new figure will be made available and what sayings from the film the toy will say were not revealed.
