Midsummer Scream to Take Over Entire Long Beach Convention Center in 2019

Sure, Halloween just passed, but that doesn’t mean we’re not looking ahead to exciting Halloween happenings for 2019 right? Yesterday Midsummer Scream sent out its first major announcement about next year’s event beyond the 2019 dates, which were announced at Midsummer Scream 2018. Next year, Midsummer Scream will be the biggest ever and will be taking over the entire Long Beach Convention Center.

Returning to the convention center on August 3 and 4, 2019, Midsummer Scream will be housed in Halls A, B, and C as well as the upstairs and downstairs of the lobby/concourse and Grand Ballroom. The expanded layout will give the convention twice the amount of room for exhibitors and show floor experiences, as well as education, demonstrations, live entertainment, panels, screenings and more. Check out the map below that showcases how the layout has evolved since 2016.

If you can’t wait to attend next year’s event, your first chance to score tickets will be during “Black Cat Friday,” which will be Midsummer Scream’s first ever Black Friday sale. During this single day ticketing event, you’ll be able to purchase a very special ticket offer that will only be available on Friday, November 23. More details are sure to come, so be sure you sign up for their newsletter over on midsummerscream.org.
