During New York Toy Fair 2025, we got a sneak peek at NECA’s Phantom of the Opera “Masque of the Red Death” Ultimate figure, and on Thursday, they officially announced the figure and its pre-order.
This all-new figure, being released to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 1925 silent film “The Phantom of the Opera,” features the Phantom in his iconic “Red Death” disguise from the masquerade ball.
The seven-inch-scale figure captures the likeness of Lon Chaney’s classic monster with multiple head sculpts, interchangeable hands, a soft goods cloak, a large brim hat, and a skull staff accessory.
The figure is available for pre-order now from the NECA store for $34.99. It comes in a collector-friendly box with an opening front flap and is expected to ship in Q3 2025.
In “The Phantom of the Opera,” the Phantom dresses up as “Red Death” to hide his disfigured face and spy on Christine and Raoul on the rooftop of the Paris Opera House during a masquerade ball.
