Thanks to its display earlier this year, at New York Toy Fair, we know that NECA has several new Art the Clown action figures in the release pipeline, and on Monday, NECA officially announced the arrival of one of them with the Ultimate Art the Clown action figure.
Inspired by the iconic villain from Damien Leoneโs “Terrifier,” this seven-inch-scale articulated action figure includes interchangeable expressions and hands and an unsettling arsenal of weapons and accessories, including a trash bag, a gun, and pretty much every sharp or pointy object you can think of.
The new figure will be packaged in collector-friendly window box packaging with an opening front flap and will be available for purchase today, June 23, at 2 PM ET on the NECA Store.

Though the character appeared in other films and shorts, Art the Clown made his mark as a modern horror icon thanks to his portrayal by David Howard Thornton in the 2016 slasher “Terrifier.” Art the Clown is a sadistic and mute serial killer, known for his gruesome and often theatrical methods of murder.
“Terrifier” has spawned two sequels, with the latest installment, “Terrifier 3,” becoming the highest-grossing non-rated film in U.S. history. A fourth film is currently in development. The films are notorious for their extreme violence, practical effects, and over-the-top gore.
