This week, NECA unveiled the latest horror icon to join its stylized Toony Terrors line: the Fisherman from the 1997 classic “I Know What You Did Last Summer.”
This release marks the first time the character from the ’90s slasher hit has been rendered in action figure form. Featuring a sleek, cartoon-inspired sculpt, this 6-inch-scale figure captures the killer’s menacing essence and includes a signature hook accessory and an interchangeable hooked hand.
The Fisherman made his chilling debut as the primary antagonist of the 1997 film, stalking a group of teenagers exactly one year after a tragic hit-and-run accident. Though different individuals have held the mantle throughout the franchise’s history, the character’s look remains iconic: a heavy, dark fisherman’s slicker and a wide-brimmed hat that keeps his identity cast in shadow.
Pre-orders for the figure will open on the NECA Store and through your favorite NECA retailers beginning on January 13, 2026.
