NECA is re-releasing its “My Bloody Valentine” The Miner 8-inch clothed action figure as a standalone figure this October. The figure was previously only available as a limited edition Shout Factory Exclusive that was released alongside Shout Factory’s Deluxe Limited Edition Steelbook of the 1981 film.
The fully articulated figure, inspired by the killer from the cult classic film “My Bloody Valentine,” comes outfitted in his blue miner suit, gloves, gas mask, and miners helmet and comes with all of the same accessories as the original release (pickaxe, nail gun, knife, and box of chocolates with a heart inside). The key differentiator between the two figures is that the Shout Factory exclusive came in a collectible retro window box, whereas the new figure comes in clamshell packaging.
The 8-inch figure will be released this October, but pre-orders are currently available through Entertainment Earth.
