On Wednesday, Super7 announced an all-new lineup of ReAction figures and collectibles inspired by the classic Universal Monsters. The new figures are variants or re-releases of some of Super7’s 2021 Boodega releases, along with an all-new line inspired by novelties of the 1960s.
Costume Colors ReAction Figures
Super7 first released a series of costume colors ReAction figures as part of its 2021 Boodega releases. During the event, Super7 released Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein’s Monster, The Mummy, and Wolf Man ReAction figures, all in a glow-in-the-dark costume color scheme and packaged in a window box inspired by vintage Halloween costumes packaging.
Now, Super7 has released the figures with new color variants and packaged on traditional card backs. Each figure is available now for $18 on Super7.com.
Super7 Monsters
Also making a return appearance from Super7’s 2021 Boodega releases are its “Super” Creature from the Black Lagoon figures. While part of Super7’s ReAction line, these unique figures are inspired by the 1970s AHI’s World Famous Super Monsters action figure line. The Creature from the Black Lagoon figures were released initially in window box packaging, while the new versions come on a card back that pays homage to the vintage toy line. These re-releases include both the wide and narrow sculpt 3.75-in figures. Both figures are available now on Super7.com for $18.
Super Soapies
Finally, Super7 has released a collection of Universal Monsters Super Soapies. Modeled after the novelty bubble bath bottles of the 1960s, each Universal Monsters Super Soapies bottle glows in the dark, stands 10-inches tall, and holds 15oz of soapy solution for blowing bubbles using the wand attached to the screw-off top. The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein’s Monster, The Wolf Man, and the Metaluna Mutant are all available in this new line of collectibles and can be purchased on Super7.com now for $20 each.
