Warner Bros. Pictures has released the official trailer for Lee Cronin’s “The Mummy.”
The first trailer introduces us to the central mystery: “What happened to Katie?” Eight years after the young daughter of a journalist vanished into the desert, she is found miraculously alive inside a newly unearthed sarcophagus. But as the footage makes chillingly clear, whatever came out of that tomb isn’t just a little girl anymore.
Directed by Cronin (“Evil Dead Rise”) with James Wan (Atomic Monster) and Jason Blum (Blumhouse) producing, the film stars Jack Reynor (“The Peripheral”), Laia Costa (“Victoria”), May Calamawy (“Moon Knight”), Natalie Grace (“1923”), and Veronica Falcón (“Ozark”).
Lee Cronin’s “The Mummy” will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures in theaters and IMAX in North America on April 17, 2026.
