PSL season has officially arrived. While coffee shops like Philz and Peetz are experimenting with other fall flavors, the pumpkin spice coffee pioneer, Starbucks, has officially put the Pumpkin Spice Latte back on the menu. Starting today, Aug. 25, fans can visit local coffeehouses to experience the Pumpkin Spice Latte alongside a fresh lineup of seasonal beverages, food, and merchandise.
Beverages
The PSL leads a stacked lineup of returning favorites, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai. Joining them are three new pumpkin drinks:
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso – Starbucks Blonde Espresso shaken with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon, served over ice with oat milk and topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha – Smooth iced matcha layered with velvety pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Pumpkin Spice Chai – Black tea infused with cinnamon and warming spices, combined with steamed milk, sweet pumpkin sauce, and a pumpkin spice dusting.
Pecan also returns with the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, and hot Pecan Crunch Latte. Meanwhile, banana flavor trends continue with two new bakery-inspired drinks: the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai, both topped with brown sugar cream cold foam. Rounding out the lineup is the new Iced Chaider, a blend of spiced chai and strawberry acai that creates a crisp, refreshing cider-like beverage.

The autumn bakery menu features the return of the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, joined by new additions:
- Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket: Lavash flatbread filled with chicken, bacon, and garlic herb cheese (20g protein).
- Hedgehog Cake Pop: Vanilla cake and buttercream dipped in chocolate icing with chocolate sprinkles.
PSL Society
For superfans, Starbucks dropped the new PSL Society merchandise collection today. Inspired by the colors and cozy rituals of the season, the collection features vibrant drinkware and a hat with playful PSL-inspired details. The full lineup includes:
- Gourd mug – 12-ounce mug inspired by the colors and textures of a pumpkin.
- PSL glass cold cup – 16-ounce PSL glass cold cup inspired by the season’s colors and textures, featuring an artful pattern and a decorative pumpkin detail, accented with a matching straw.
