Shudder has announced its chilling December lineup, headlined by two original holiday horror specials.

Joe Bob Briggs and Darcy the Mail Girl are once again possessed by the Christmas spirit, hosting a double-feature of snowy slashers for “Joe Bob’s Cold Cruel Christmas”: an unholy night full of frozen fear, cold-blooded kills, and the return of their annual charity drive. The special will debut live on Friday, December 12, 2025, on Shudder TV and AMC+ TV before being made available on Demand beginning Sunday, December 14.

In addition to a new season of “The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans,” which is currently airing with new episodes every Tuesday, Shudder will host the new holiday special, “The Boulet Brothers’ Holiday of Horrors.”

From The Boulet Brothers and David Dastmalchian (“Late Night with the Devil”) comes a chilling holiday-themed horror special produced by Boulet Brothers’ Productions and Good Fiend Productions. The special features four original shorts, each written and directed by a different genre powerhouse: The Boulet Brothers, Dastmalchian, Akeela Cooper (“M3GAN”), and Kate Siegel (“The Haunting of Hill House”). Starring Bonnie Aarons (“The Nun”), Steve Agee (“Peacemaker”), and Tracie Thoms (“Death Proof”), the anthology blends atmospheric horror, practical gore, and haunting holiday imagery into a new seasonal classic.

Other highlights from the December programming lineup include returning favorites like “The Creep Tapes” (premiering its Christmas episode on December 12) and new film premieres such as “Queens of the Dead,” “The Jester 2,” and “Influencers.”
