In late June, Spirit Halloween teased something big was coming on July 15, and today, the Halloween retailer delivered with the unveiling of 10 new animatronics that includes reworked past favorite characters along with horror icons like Beetlejuice and Ghostface.

Beetlejuice

Spirit Halloween drew quite the buzz last Halloween with the release of its Beetlejuice collection, which featured several items inspired by the Tim Burton film. This year Beetlejuice himself joins the party as an all-new officially licensed animatronic. Propped upon a tombstone, Beetlejuice turns from side to side and taunts you with hilarious phrases from the film, including:

  • “I’m feeling a little, ooh, anxious if you know what I mean. It’s been about six hundred years after all. I wonder where a guy, an everyday Joe like myself, can find a little action”… “Now! Let’s turn on the juice and see what shakes loose.”
  • “Whew, thank you, thank you. That’s why I won’t do two shows a night anymore. I won’t. I won’t do ‘em.” “Hey, These aren’t my rules. Come to think of it, I don’t have any rules.”
  • “I attended Juillard. I’m a graduate of Harvard Business School. I travel extensively. I lived through the black plague, and I had a pretty good time doing that. I’ve see the Exorcist about 167 times and it keeps getting funnier every single time I see it!”…. “I’m the ghost with the most babe.”
  • “Say it once. Say it twice. Third times a charm!”….”JUST SAY IT!”….”It’s showtime!”
  • “You know, you look like somebody I can relate to. Maybe you could help me get out of here, you know, because I got to tell you, this dead thing…it’s just too creepy. …..See, here’s my problem. I got these friends I said I’d meet, and it’s the kind of thing where I have to be there in person, so could you help me get out of here?”

Beetlejuice is available for pre-order now and is expected to ship on or before September 15.

Wacky Mole

Originally released in 2013, Wacky Mole Clown is back for 2021. The nearly six-foot-tall clown animatronic features a rotating waist, light-up LED eyes and sinister smile. Wacky Mole even features blacklight responsive details that will have him glowing in any black-lit setting!

Wacky Mole is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to start shipping on or before August 31.

Ghostface

Ghostface, the iconic killer from the “Scream” franchise, is set to make his big screen return in 2022 with the release of “Scream 5,” but he’s coming home this Halloween season as an all-new animatronic from Spirit. This five-foot animatronic is designed to pop out from behind a corner to give party guests or home haunt attendees a terrifying jump scare. This animatronic pops out from both the left and right, making him perfect for placing just about anywhere.

The Ghostface animatronic is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to ship on or before September 15.

Buzzsaw

This towering six-foot-tall Buzzsaw animatronic features a large mallet in one hand and a terrifying buzzsaw that spins on the other! His LED light-up eyes and left and right turning torso will have all your guests running in fear this Halloween!

Buzzsaw is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to start shipping on or before August 31.

Mr. Howle

This towering seven-foot-tall werewolf animatronic was teased by Spirit Halloween via blueprint images in their June teaser as well as in the candy I was sent in my Spirit Halloween unboxing video. This massive animatronic features ferocious head movements and rising arms. Once he tilts his head back to show off his light-up LED eyes, gnarly teeth, and huge jaw, you better hope you’re not in biting range!

Mr. Howle is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to start shipping on or before August 31.

Shorty

The tiniest member of the Killer Klowns from Outer Space is getting his very own animatronic for 2021. Shorty comes to life with his swaying head movement and up and down moving arms. Once you hear him play his intergalactic sounds and you add his removable boxing glove, he’ll be ready for some killer clown action!

More details on Shorty are available over at SpiritHalloween.com. However, as of the time of this writing, he is not yet available for pre-order.

Grim

Standing six feet tall, this Grim Skeleton animatronic will send a chill down your spine this Halloween while using a combination of three different servos. Mr. Grim’s head movement was programmed to turn side to side, nod up and down, and tilt left to right, all at the same time to create a lifelike, complex movement. In addition, two more servo motors are used to control the eye movement, allowing the eyes to turn up and down realistically and from side-to-side as he spits some bone-chilling phrases.

Grim is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to start shipping on or before August 31.

The Caretaker

This Caretaker animatronic will make the perfect addition to any haunted cemetery this Halloween with his yellow LED light-up eyes and arms that move up and down to lift his shovel.

This all-new animatronic is currently listed on the Spirit Halloween website, but as of the time of this writing, it is listed as “Coming Soon!” and is not yet available for pre-order.

Henry Hustle

Ever been hustled by a clown? This Halloween, you’ll have your chance with Henry Hustle, the nearly six-foot clown animatronic featuring white light-up LED eyes and arms that move up and down to reveal your card before popping his head up for the ultimate jump scare!

Henry Hustle is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to ship on or before September 15.

Night Stalker

The Night Stalker is an all-new scarecrow animatronic that features light-up LED eyes and moves its head from side to side while making creepy laughing sounds.

Night Stalker is available for pre-order now from Spirit Halloween and is expected to ship on or before August 31.

It’s unclear if this is all Spirit Halloween has up its sleeve for 2021 or not, but regardless they came out with a hell of a lineup. What’s your favorite reveal of 2021? Let me know down in the comments, or give a shout @allhallowsgeek on social media.
