Supernatural Horror Film ‘The Containment’ Coming to Theaters in North America Later This Month

“The Containment,” a new supernatural horror film from the Zagha Boys (Jack Zagha Kababie & Yossy Zagha Kababie), is coming to theaters across the U.S. and Canada on January 23, 2026. Distributed by Level 33 Entertainment, the film stars Gia Hunter (“Primate”) in a breakout lead role.

The story follows Hunter as Caroline Cobbler, a troubled young woman, who comes into contact with a dark and sinister force after the tragic death of her father. When the grieving Caroline falls under demonic possession, her mother turns to the church for help—only to uncover a horror far more lethal than the possession itself.

The cast is rounded out by Jack Gouldbourne (“Fighting with My Family”), Charlotte Hunter (“American Psycho”), and Fernanda Romero (“The Eye”).

Directed and produced by brothers Jack and Yossy Zagha Kababie, “The Containment” was co-written by David Desola. Level 33 acquired the North American rights from Black Mandala, who continues to manage worldwide sales.
