Tomato, Bell Pepper, Chicken & Watermelon – The Recipe for Horror Movie Sounds

In a recent video from INSIDER, Foley artist and sound designer Matt Davies shared his approach to making the sounds you hear in horror movies, more specifically in zombie films.  Davies, who specializes in zombie sounds works for Studio Unkown and was the foley artist for the V/H/S/2 segment “A Ride in the Park.”  From crushed skulls and zombie bites to pulling intestines and guts falling out.  Find out what ingredients make up some of the most common horror sound effects in this behind the scenes video.
