American Girl and Monster High are joining forces for a frightfully fashionable collector’s release. Following last week’s cryptic social media teasers, the two brands have officially unveiled the Frankie Stein Doll by American Girl—an 18-inch high-end crossover merging two iconic toy franchises.
The collector’s item combines American Girl’s classic soft-body aesthetic with Frankie Stein’s signature ghoul-chic design. The doll features signature asymmetrical features, including heterochromatic eyes (one green, one blue), custom pale-green vinyl skin, and stitched detailing across her neck, arms, and legs. Permanent silver-plated neck bolts and black-and-white streaked hair complete the monster-inspired look.
Frankie arrives wearing a blue-and-black plaid dress with black mesh puff sleeves, a polka-dot satin tie pinned with a silver skullette, and a studded black vinyl belt. The ensemble is topped off with black-and-white platform Mary Janes featuring silver bolt hardware, a quilted skullette purse, a blue cuff bracelet, and drop earrings.
