In celebration of the fifth and final season of “Stranger Things,” Nature Valley is resurrecting Steve Harrington’s favorite quarantine snack, Peanut Butter Boppers.

Featuring the original recipe of creamy peanut butter center, crisp rice cereal, and fudge chips, Nature Valley Fudge Chip Peanut Butter Boppers are returning for the first time since 1989. Wrapped in “Stranger Things”-inspired packaging, the nostalgic treats are being released today, December 3, at sreppob.com (Boppers spelled backwards). Fans can snag this nostalgic treat along with a shirt and a special recipe card in a limited-edition kit for $19.87, while supplies last.

โ€œWeโ€™re beyond excited to bring Boppers back from the 1980s and into fansโ€™ hands one more time,โ€ said Ray Joncas, VP, Bars Business Unit at General Mills. โ€œThe beloved creamy, indulgent peanut butter-filled snack is the perfect match for streaming the new season, and we canโ€™t wait for fans to enjoy!โ€

If you miss the drop, or want more crunchy, creamy goodness, Nature Valley will also be giving away 250 boxes, with drops planned from December 5 through December 8. If you miss out on all of these opportunities, Nature Valley will be sharing the recipe to make your own Boppers at home on NatureValley.com on December 8.

Peanut Butter Boppers made a guest appearance in the first part of “Stranger Things 5” after Murray smuggled them into Hawkins during a supply run. The first four episodes of “Stranger Things 5” are now streaming, followed by three more episodes on Christmas Day and the Finale on New Year’s Eve.
