Battle Royale Set in the World of ‘Vampire: The Masquerade’ Coming Later This Year


During the video game industry event, Summer Game Fest, game developer Sharkmob world premiered its all-new third-person, free-to-play, battle royale game set in the “Vampire: The Masquerade” universe, “Bloodhunt.”

In “Bloodhunt,” players will take on the role of a vampire with a range of supernatural powers and ranged and melee weapons used to battle other players and AI enemies to restore the masquerade in the streets of Prague where long-smoldering tensions between rival vampire sects have erupted into open conflict across the rooftops and in the streets, bringing with them vampire hunters of the Second Inquisition looking to capitalize on the chaos.

“Bloodhunt” will launch with solo and 3-player squad modes. In each game, players will face off against 44 other players to dominate the night and fight to become the last vampire standing in the Old Town of Prague Players will also have the ability to define their look with different outfits, skin tones, and styles. The game will launch exclusively on PC later this year.

Sharkmob announced a closed alpha test of the game during the reveal, which will start on July 2, 2021. The closed alpha is invite-only, and for a chance to participate, you need to sign up via Bloodhunt.com.
