The ultimate ’90s forbidden romance is making a comeback. Mattel announced its latest Monster High Skullector release: a two-pack featuring “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” leads Buffy and Angel.
Reimagined in Monster High’s signature aesthetic, both 11-inch articulated dolls come dressed in sleek faux-leather attire packed with Easter eggs for die-hard fans. Angel wears a sword necklace inspired by the couple’s fateful Season 2 showdown, while Buffy sports a Slayer handbook purse and weapon-inspired boot heels. Naturally, the iconic Slayer isn’t weaponless—the set includes miniature stake and crossbow accessories.
The limited-edition set drops Sept. 4 at 9 a.m. PDT exclusively from Mattel Creations.
