Five years after their initial sold-out release, Mattel Creations is reissuing its Grady Twins Monster High Skullector dolls, inspired by the creepy ghost sisters from Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining.”
These collectible twin dolls have been reimagined in signature Monster High style. They arrive outfitted in matching blue babydoll dresses, complete with sheer stockings, a hatchet hair accessory, and platform Mary Janes featuring hedge maze-inspired heels. The set also includes several film-inspired accessories that fans will recognize: a Room 237 key, a yellow ball, and a page from Jack’s manuscript.
The dolls will be presented in specially designed packaging that recreates the iconic hotel hallway scene. To distinguish this edition from the 2020 release, the packaging will also include a “second release” sticker.
The dolls cost $100. They will first be offered to Mattel Fang Club Members from November 13, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PT through the morning of November 14, 2025, at 8:59 a.m. PT. They will then be made available to the general public starting at 9:00 a.m. PT on November 14, exclusively at MattelCreations.com.
