On Friday, the Disney Parks Blog hosted its Halfway to Halloween wicked takeover. As part of the celebration, Disney released four self-guided tours of the Haunted Mansion at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, Mystic Manor at Hong Kong Disney Resort, and Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris.
The tour, is introduced by The Muppets’ Uncle Deadly as a tie-in to the Disney+ “Muppets Haunted Mansion” announcement, is conducted entirely through YouTube. After Uncle Deadly’s intro, viewers can choose to explore one of the four haunted attractions from around the globe on a choose your own adventure-like tour featuring members of Walt Disney Imagineering as they share the history of the attractions, their backstories, and some of the illusions used to make the mansions “look alive.”
