First announced in May, “Sker Ritual” is a spiritual successor to the award-winning British horror, “Maid of Sker.” The game is a 1-4 player co-op, round-based survival shooter with players facing off against hordes of new and familiar enemies using upgradeable steampunk-inspired weapons.

The game will arrive on Steam Early Access on October 13 for a base price of $14.99 and will include the first episode, “Cursed Lands of Lavernock,” and Sker Pass. Sker Pass is an entirely free cosmetic reward system, which will launch with 50 items, including masks, animated menu backgrounds, player icons, menu music, weapon charms, and more. Each Episode update will offer 25 new items to unlock.

At launch, two DLC bundles will also be available, “Draigs Terror” and “Friends in the Darkness.” Both DLCs include themed cosmetics and will cost $3.99 each.

After launch, three episode updates are planned leading up to the 1.0 launch on PC and Console in 2023.
