FETV Adds ‘The Munsters’ to Weekday Lineup, Ahead of Halloween Marathon

FETV (Family Entertainment Television), home to beloved and timeless television series and movies carried across cable, satellite, and virtual platforms, announced Monday that “The Munsters” will join the network’s programming lineup starting Monday, September 29. The show will begin in its regular time slot at 2 p.m. ET, weekdays. From October 6 to 10, the series will host a Watch & Win Trivia Contest, as well as an all-day “Munsters Mash” marathon on Friday, October 31.

“‘The Munsters’ is a timely addition to FETV this Halloween season,” said Adam Sumrall, Executive Vice President of FETV and FMC. “As one of the spookiest yet sweetest families on television, ‘The Munsters’ are sure to delight our viewers this October and beyond.”

As with all series on FETV, “The Munsters” will air in its original, uncut format.

First unleashed in 1964, “The Munsters” follows the lovable residents of 1313 Mockingbird Laneโ€”Herman, Lily, Grandpa, Eddie, and the ‘odd one out,’ Marilynโ€”as they prove that being monstrously different is actually frightfully fun. The show ran for 70 episodes on CBS and later found a large audience in syndication, leading to a spinoff series and several feature films.
