Gameplay Trailer Arrives for Lynchian Horror ‘Silver Pines’

Team17 and Swedish indie studio Wych Elm have released a chilling new look at their upcoming survival horror title, “Silver Pines.”

Slated for a 2026 release, the game casts players as private investigator Red Walker, who awakens in the strange and seemingly abandoned town of Silver Pines. Tasked with finding the missing musician Eddie Velvet, Walker’s investigation quickly spirals from a missing persons case into a hallucinatory descent beyond his control.

The latest trailer highlights a world defined by its striking, highly stylized art direction and a pervasive Lynchian atmosphere where nothing is quite as it seems. This isn’t just a psychological thriller, however; “Silver Pines” leans heavily into classic survival horror mechanics, meaning limited inventory space and scarce ammunition. Every encounter becomes a tense decision between confrontation and escape.

“Silver Pines” is available to Wishlist now, and will be coming to PC (Steam/Epic), Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation in 2026.
