Haunted Orange County Announces “A Swinging Wake” to Celebrate 50 Years of The Haunted Mansion

Haunted OC and Imafoolishmortal are teaming up to hold “A swinging wake 50 years in the making.” This September they’ll be hosting an unofficial Haunted Mansion fan event celebrating 50 years of the iconic Disneyland attraction.

“The Spirits have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to assemble for a swinging wake. Join us in your corruptible mortal state as we celebrate a half-century of The Haunted Mansion! The evening includes a buffet style dinner, special performances, presentations by Legendary Disney Imagineer, Bob Gurr, Animatronic pioneer Garner Holt, YouTube personality Justin Scarred with more guests TBA.”

The celebration is to be held on September 28, 2019 in the Grand Ballroom of the Spring Field Banquet Center in Fullerton, CA and will include the following in addition to the dinner and guest appearances:

• Live music performed by SwingTown band
• Two full no-host bars
• Haunted Mansion-themed merchandise available for purchase
• Haunted Mansion-themed photo op vignettes

Tickets for the event start at $149, with upgrades available, including a “Ghoulish Delights VIP pre-party Mix & Mingle” upgrade, which includes an early admission balcony cocktail hour with Legendary Disney Imagineer, Bob Gurr, Animatronic pioneer, Garner Holt and YouTube personality Justin Scarred as well as other guests not yet announced.
