As part of its annual Bloodstream programming event, CableTV.com has resurrected its horror movie marathon Halloween Dream Job in the form of a ‘Thrillternship,’ which will pay one lucky person $666 to watch movies from its list of scariest flicks.
Open to U.S. residents 18 or older, CableTV.com is looking for real fans of fear, enthusiasts of the eerie, and devotees to the dreadful to apply for the role of Thrilltern. Your job: pick and watch five movies from its scariest movies list, rank which movies you thought were the scariest, and give a brief review of your experience, providing any creepy critiques and terrifying takes you may have.
In return, you’ll be paid $666, receive a $50 Uber Eats gift card for snacks, and they’ve teamed up with Screambox to provide a free 1-year subscription, giving you access to even more horror for another year.
Applications to be CableTV.com’s Thrilltern are open until 11:59 PM MT on October 7, 2025, with the Thrilltern being announced on October 9. You can apply now at CableTV.com.
