During its final day of Funkoween reveals, Funko unveiled an all-new Pop! figure inspired by the beloved character Sam from the film “Trick ‘r Treat.”
While Sam has received the Funko Pop! treatment in the past, including two Spirit Halloween exclusives, this is the first time the character has appeared in Pop! form unmasked. The new figure will be a Hot Topic exclusive and will be available from Hot Topic later this year. Pre-orders were made available through HotTopic.com, but as of this writing, the pre-orders had already sold out. Check out the new Sam (Unmasked) Pop! figure below:

Not only did the preorders “sell out” within minutes, but now there isn’t even a page for it on the Hot Topic site, just taking you to an error
The scalpers though? They got their preorders in, and are already reselling their preorders for $50 and up on ebay
Hot Topic totally bungled this
Yeah, that seemed to be an issue with every Hot Topic release this year. More should be available though once the figure is actually released, though I imagine they will be just as hard to come by unless you can find one in-store.
