Jack in the Box Releases Horror Short ‘Feeding Time’ to Celebrate Its New Angry Monster Tacos

Earlier in the season, Jack in the Box announced the return of its Monster Taco, along with a spicy twist on the fan-favorite specialty taco – the extra spooky Angry Monster Taco. On Friday, the fast food chain released an eight-minute horror short called “Feeding Time.” The short celebrates Jack in the Box’s new Angry Monster Taco while giving fans a chance to score two free tacos.

While meant to sell tacos, this isn’t just a commercial and is well done. For the short, Jack in the Box tapped Hollywood vets Asha Michelle Wilson (“American Horror Story”), Kara Lee Corthron (“Servant”), Patrick Melton (“Scary Stories To Tell in the Dark”), and Marcus Dunstan (“The Collector”) to create a terrifying tale of a night of trick or treating that unfolds into a nightmare with an unexpected twist.

Somewhere within the short, a code is hidden, which can be redeemed for two free Monster Tacos or Angry Monster Tacos (with purchase) in the Jack in the Box app. The offer is open to the first 1,000 people to find it. Check out “Feeding Time: A Tale from Jack in the Box” below:
