On Tuesday, HalloweenCostumes.com unveiled a second wave of animatronics for the 2025 Halloween season. The wave features over 30 brand-new, never-before-seen animatronics and more than 15 returning fan favorites, with highlights from the reveal including a massive Mothman animatronic and officially licensed animatronics from “Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” “Beetlejuice,” and other fan-favorite franchises.
This new wave of releases also includes the launch of “Scream Savers,” a new line of budget-friendly animatronics. The line features over 20 animatronics, ranging in price from $39.99 to $129.99.
In total, Halloween fans and haunt owners can look forward to more than 75 new items this season, marking the largest animatronic launch the industry has ever seen.
With so many releases in this wave, I won’t share them all, but I’ve curated some of the highlights below:
Mothman – $499.99
This 11.5-foot Mothman animatronic is one that HalloweenCostumes.com CEO Tom Fallenstein is calling one of the most impressive Halloween animatronics they’ve ever carried. This animatronic brings the legend of Mothman to life with glowing red eyes, a moving head, arms, and wings, and unsettling clicking sounds.
The Mothman animatronic is available for pre-order now and is expected to arrive in mid-August.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space: Spikey – $399.99
The first of two new animatronics inspired by the cult horror favorite, “Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” is Spikey. Standing 70 inches tall, Spikey features a plastic head and polyester clown suit complete with oversized yellow stars. His eyes glow a menacing yellow as he lets out eerie laughter and pulls on the leash of his balloon dog, which bounces up and down, barking with each tug.
The Spikey animatronic is available for pre-order now and is expected to arrive in mid-August.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space: Rudy – $399.99
Also from “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” is Rudy. Standing 68 inches tall, Rudy comes outfitted in his signature polyester striped jumpsuit. His yellow eyes light up as he laughs and moves side to side, and he comes outfitted with a fog-blasting gun with flashing strobe lights.
The Rudy animatronic is available for pre-order now and is expected to arrive in mid-August.
Beetlejuice: Barbara Maitland – $349.99
One of a handful of officially licensed “Beetlejuice” animatronics is Barbara Maitland, featuring her “stretch-your-face-and-shove-your-eyes-to-the-back” look. Her head moves side to side, and her arm holding the Handbook for the Recently Deceased moves back and forth. The animatronic also says nine lines from the film.
The Barbara Maitland animatronic is now available for pre-order and is estimated to arrive at the end of September.
Beetlejuice: Adam Maitland – $349.99
Pairing perfectly with Barbara is this officially licensed Adam Maitland animatronic. Standing over six feet tall, Adam turns his head back and forth and waves with his eyeball fingers while saying one of 12 different lines from the film.
The Adam Maitland animatronic is now available for pre-order and is also expected to arrive at the end of September.
The Nightmare Before Christmas: Lock, Shock, & Barrel – $299.99
Boogie’s boys from “The Nightmare Before Christmas” comprise this officially licensed animatronic, which stands four feet tall and features the trio of troublemakers who sway back and forth while singing “Kidnap the Sandy Claws.”
Lock, Shock, & Barrel are available for pre-order now and are expected to arrive in mid-August.
Alien Clean Up – $299.99
Standing just over six feet tall, the Alien Clean Up animatronic looks like your average hazmat specialist—until the helmet lights up and reveals a glowing green skull inside. The animatronic twists from side to side and holds a blaster gun with a radioactive green light that pulses in sync with the warning sound effects and laser blast audio. Additionally, it’s compatible with fog machines, allowing the blaster to spew fog at unsuspecting victims.
The Alien Clean Up animatronic is available for pre-order now and is expected to arrive in mid-August.
Area 51 Roswell Alien – $229.99
This four-foot-tall alien animatronic features glowing green eyes, creepy electronic chatter, and a head that slowly scans the area. The animatronic also features posable arms, allowing you to adjust the alien’s stance.

Crouching Clown Animatronic – $199.99
This Crouching Clown animatronic features yellow glowing eyes and is crouched, as if he’s ready to strike. He sways side to side while cackling.
