On Monday, Spirit Halloween debuted two more animatronics from its 2025 lineup, and one of the two, Trick Or Treat Pete, is one of the most interesting.
Standing at just over five feet tall, Trick or Treat Pete is the latest clown animatronic from Spirit Halloween, but one with a rather unique function. Pete pukes Halloween candy into a bowl offering the neighborhood kids both a trick and a treat at the same time.
Store your favorite Halloween candy in Pete’s hat, and when he’s activated, watch as he dispenses the candy through his mouth while making retching noises. The candy is served up in a giant bowl that he holds, which can hold up to five pounds of candy.

Announced alongside Pete was the new seven-foot Crypt Countess animatronic. This towering animatronic features glowing yellow light-up LED eyes, fluid upper body movements, and a realistic shaking motion upon activation. The animatronic also has a moving mouth that opens and closes as she speaks one of four different phrases:
- “You cannot escape…the shadows are closing in now! Each step you take leads you deeper into this haunted realm. [Screams] There is no running from the inevitable, you fool!“
- “This place holds countless souls, each a prisoner…this is your fate now, too. We are bound to this cursed place TOGETHER!” [Scream]
- “Do you feel the chill of death creeping up your spine? [Scream] … each moment here tightens the chains of your doom. There will be no escape for you!” [Scream]
- “Give me your soul so that I may shroud it in darkness… [Screaming wail] Feel the warmth leave your body as you join me in this eternal resting place!”
