Ahead of the Transworld Halloween & Attractions Show, which is currently taking place in St. Louis, Morris Costumes unveiled nine new Halloween animatronics for 2022. The new animatronics range from fun to frightful, with characters ranging from a whimsical scarecrow to a 7.5-foot tall, hulking werewolf. Check out the new animatronics in action below!
Animated Hulking Werewolf
This massive new animatronic is sure to strike fear into trick-or-treaters and haunt-goers alike. The hulking werewolf comes to life with realistic LCD eyes, jaw movements, growling sounds, and moving arms and head.
Animated Whimsical Witch
Less creepy and more kooky, this whimsical witch stands 66-inches tall and features light-up eyes, a moving mouth, and a glowing wand. The witch turns her head and torso from side to side while saying five different playful phrases.
Animated Tumbling Clown
The perfect addition to any clown or circus-themed haunt, this three-foot tumbling clown performs flips and tricks to spooky circus music.
Animated Rotten Harvester
This seven-foot massive scarecrow is out to show off his carnivorous crops. The scarecrow’s torso moves side to side, and his little crop’s jaw moves up and down as he growls. Both have light-up eyes, and the Rotten Harvester says a handful of frightful phrases.
Animated Graveyard Host
Standing over eight feet tall, the Graveyard Host is on the hunt for some help to dig up a few of his friends. A motion sensor activates his turning head, moving jaw, light-up eyes, and flickering flame lantern. The Graveyard Host says a variety of phrases.
Servo Activated Animated Witch
This crone witch is made with servo motors, which give her life-like movement. The witch speaks a variety of phrases and features glowing LED eyes.
8 Foot Skeleton with Projection Eyes
Massive skeletons have been all the rage in recent years, thanks to the popularity of Home Depot’s 12-foot skeletons. Morris Costumes is getting in on the mix this year, albeit with a slightly smaller release. This eight-foot towering skeleton with moving projection eye technology features a moving jaw and says various spooky greetings.
Pesky the Clown
This seven-foot clown animatronic wears a blood-spattered costume and features glowing yellow eyes and a jaw and head that move as he tells frightful jokes.
Whimsical Scarecrow
This friendly six-foot whimsical scarecrow turns side to side and has a light-up jack-o-lantern face. His whimsical sayings joyfully greet those who approach him.
This first batch of animatronics will be released later this year and will likely be followed by more reveals in the coming months.
