New Homage to The Haunted Mansion’s Stretching Room Portraits Materialize from Artist Yosiell Lorenzo

Yosiell Lorenzo's Haunted Mansion Stretching Room Portraits

Artist Yosiell Lorenzo on Friday unveiled his take on the stretching room portraits from Disney’s The Haunted Mansion.

The artist, who is most known for his Orphans characters, tackled all four portraits from the popular Disney attraction and reimagined the portraits with his signature sepia tone color palette and Halloween/autumn motifs.

Lorenzo’s tightrope walker sports a Victorian gothic spiderweb dress and parasol. His Alexander Nitrokoff (the guy on the dynamite keg) is now a young wizard with a treat bag. Constance Hatchaway is now a youthful “Witchy Lady” who sits upon the grave of her beloved Jack. The quicksand trio is now a stack of Jack-o’-Lantern men (I wonder if one of them is Jack? 🤔)

The portraits are available as signed, ready to hang, 6″x 14″ prints on wood, or as a set of four limited-edition matte vinyl stickers. The portraits are available as a complete set of four, which costs $160, or you can buy individual pieces for just $45 each. The limited-edition Stretching Portraits Sticker Pack costs $13.
