Paramount Scares and Bloody Disgusting Team Up with Street Food Cinema for ‘Friday the 13th’ 45th Anniversary Event

Street Food Cinema (SCF), Los Angeles’ largest outdoor cinema series, has announced a special “Friday the 13th” anniversary event on Friday, June 13, 2025, in partnership with Paramount Scares and Bloody Disgusting.

In celebration of the iconic horror film’s 45th anniversary, fans are invited to The Autry Museum in Griffith Park for an unforgettable evening honoring Jason Voorhees and all things spooky. Guests can look forward to themed photo ops, swag giveaways, a spooky marketplace, interactive horror trivia, and more to be announced. A lineup of LA’s favorite food trucks will be on-site, offering delicious eats for purchase, alongside a full bar serving specialty cocktails inspired by the film. The event opens at 8 PM, with the film slated to begin at 10 PM.

Released on May 9, 1980, “Friday the 13th” tells the terrifying story of a group of counselors at a remote summer camp who are stalked by an unseen killer stalks as a dark secret from the camp’s past comes to light. The film became a landmark in the horror genre, launching a legendary franchise that has thrilled audiences for decades.

Tickets for the event are now available at streetfoodcinema.com. General admission tickets are just $25. VIP tickets, which include early admission and exclusive reserved seating featuring stadium chairs in front of the screen, are also available for $40.
