Physical Release of Interstellar Psychological Thriller ‘Fort Solis’ Arrives for PlayStation 5

It was announced in June that the highly anticipated single-player adventure “Fort Solis” would be getting a physical release on the PlayStation 5 in the U.S. On Friday, Merge Games and publisher Dear Villagers announced that physical versions are out now on PlayStation 5. Starring acclaimed actors Troy Baker (“The Last of Us”), Roger Clark (“Red Dead Redemption II”), and Julia Brown (“World on Fire”), this psychological thriller immerses players in a remote and desolate base on Mars, set over the course of one long night.

Set against the eerie backdrop of the dark and barren red planet, this third-person adventure sets you on an isolated mission to discover the whereabouts of a missing crew. Players play as Jack, who arrives at a dark and desolate Fort Solis after responding to an alarm call. With storm warnings imminent, he heads inside to make contact. As the night grows longer, players will explore deep within the tunnels and corridors of a mining facility on Mars, and the mystery of what happened to the crew begins to reveal itself.

“Fort Solis” delivers a high-fidelity experience designed to completely immerse the player in the cast and their long night. With all-star performances from Roger Clark, Troy Baker, and Julia Brown, “Fort Solis” captivates players with its memorable cast. Experience fear, empathy, worry, and wonder with every chapter. Discover collectibles as you search the base, with audio logs, surveillance footage, and more revealing clues and enriching the core narrative.

Physical versions of “Fort Solis” include the game’s original soundtrack and a digital artbook exploring the incredible art behind the immersive experience.
